Nacha Rule Changes

Lots of little changes have a cumulatively large impact on ACH Originators. In the first half of this year the Same Day ACH limit increased to $100K and Nacha began to provide greater detail data on unauthorized returns. In the first half of next year, we can expect to see an enhanced requirement around fraud detection for online debit originators, a later deadline for Same Day ACH, and enhanced data security requirements for large originators, TPSes and TPSPs.
