Women in Payments: Forging a Path to Parity

In honor of Women's History Month, join industry leaders as we explore a key question:

How can women further their advancement in the historically male-dominated finance and technology industries and what can corporates collectively do to ensure a healthy, equal and diverse workforce?

In this session, Payments and Treasury executives Tammy Petro,  Ella Wood and Beatriz Saldivar will discuss how diversity and inclusion initiatives are reshaping the payments, banking and fintech industries; how women empowerment initiatives like business resource groups and Women in Payments are creating a seismic shift for women in their careers and for women-owned businesses as well; and finally share valuable skills and mentorships that empowered their career trajectories. You won't want to miss this dynamic session.
