Naomi Young, Principal Economist
San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG)
Naomi Young has over 20 years of experience in economic analyses supporting policy, program design and economic competitiveness in the U.S. and Australia. Prior to joining SANDAG, she was the inaugural Director of the Center for Regional Analysis, a research center focused on understanding regional economies in PA.
Clifford F. Cho, Senior Vice President, San Diego Market Executive
Bank of America
Cliff Cho is the Market Executive for the Commercial Business Banking team at Bank of America. In this role, he oversees client facing teams located throughout San Diego County, with a focus on delivering comprehensive credit and treasury solutions to clients.
During the past 25 years in banking, Cliff has covered a wide array of industries in various roles, including corporate banking, middle market, leveraged finance and business banking. Cliff joined Bank of America in 2008 as the senior credit officer in San Diego.
In the community, Cliff is on the Board for the Regional EDC and Tech San Diego. Prior community leadership roles include Chairman and President of the San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC). Cliff regularly volunteers in the community and leads various Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and Employee Networks at Bank of America.
In 2013, Cliff was recognized with a “40 under 40” award by SD Metro Magazine for his outstanding leadership in San Diego. Cliff is a graduate of LEAD Influence program and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
